Hello and welcome,
Once again we are pleased to bring you our latest report. This
report is probably the most valuable report yet. I know you’ll
like it as it’s about taking time off. Yes, I know I don’t
often talk about time off. Who can afford to?
Well this is about not being able to not afford to. It is only
one small step on the road to prosperity. we must take time
for ourselves. I see others who do this regularly. There has
to be something to it. Why would so many do it?
For myself, as I’ve found out, time for yourself is absolutely
crucial. For those of you who like me like to utilize each
moment to the fullest, it is hard to stop and take advantage
of some downtime. My life is so full, I have to force myself a
lot of times to stop!
I’ve learned it’s a must to do so. It keeps things in proper
perspective. It gives one time to contemplate what action or
inaction one has enacted or not. Meditate on the knowledge you
have. How can you use that knowledge efficiently and wisely?
I once wrote a song called “Time“. The last line of the chorus
was “Time, time is free.” I’m not sure if that can still be said
or not, but the concept remains the same. Time we are given as
a gift, what we do with that time, is our own choice. Use wisely.
Envision a moment in time with our favorite person, we will see
the importance of time in seconds, moments and hours etc.,. One
can’t replace those precious moments.
When we complain about not having the time to do this or that,
we must also envision time with family, friends or pets. Doing
things for them as well as yourself. Doing for them brings
more pleasure in the long term. This is the importance of taking
time from your work.
Cherish the fact that you are the decision maker and you must
decide what is best for you. If you are worn to a frazzle by
doing for others as I know a lot of us are, take time for You!
